Bring up the gifts at MASS
Check the Mass DATE/TIME you are available (see below).
On the day of Mass - please arrive 10 minutes before Mass begins. Check in with an usher and let them know you are here. Dress appropriately for the occasion (no jeans or sneakers). About 1/2 through the offertory (when baskets are passed around) head toward the back of the church. The sacristan will be ready to guide you. When you go forward with the gifts - 1 person will walk onto the sanctuary to put the book and basket on the small table. All others wait for the person to return to the family then all bow toward the altar and return to your pew. See picture from 1st Communion.
